Legalisation of Documents Issued by the Government of Kenya

• Original Kenyan document to be legalised (e.g., birth certificate, academic certificate, marriage certificate).
• Photocopy of the Kenyan document.
• Valid Kenyan passport or national ID of the applicant.

1. Submit the original document along with all required supporting documents to the Kenyan Embassy Berlin
2. The Embassy will verify the authenticity of the document with the relevant Kenyan authorities.
3. Upon successful verification, the document will be legalised with an official stamp and signature.
4. The legalised document will be returned to the applicant via the preferred method (e.g., collection in person, postal service).
